关于2019年学生注册收费的通知

同学家长:

您好!我校将从11月17日起办理2019年学生注册交费事宜。请家长特别注意:1,学校根据教育部的要求将建立学生信息库,所有学生在付费时需填写 “学生信息表” ;2,由于租金和清洁、安保及人工费用增长的因素,明年学费将有调整,但所有在12月24日之前注册交费的将享受特别优惠(详见《2019招生简章》);3,我校在现金、支票交费之外,新增银行卡、信用卡收费(有条件限制)。相关注意事项如下:

一,接待时间和地点:

周六:各校区办公室:上午9点至下午4点,(注:12月8日学校放假后不接待);

周一至周五及假期接待

(本年度最后一个接待日为12月23日,12月24日至1月6日休假):

二,报名流程:

  • 学生注册:
  • 凡报读我校的学生均需填写一份学生信息表,在支付注册费和学费后进入教室上课。
  • 学生在校就读期间所需教材、课本由学校免费发放(遗失自补)。

 

  • 优惠举措:
    • 2018年12月24日前付清第二年全年费用的学生享受特别优惠(详见具体课程收费标准);
    • 同一家庭从第三个孩子起交付全年学费享受学费五折优惠(不包括注册费);
    • 凡澳大利亚家庭领养的中国孩子,普通中文部学习期间学费全免,仅收注册费;
    • 本校教师子女交付全年学费享受20%减免,免收注册费;
    • 早教班学生学费全免,每半年注册一次,仅收注册费;
    • 本校毕业学生(凭毕业证书证明)子女,交付全年学费享受教师子女待遇。

 

3, 退学需知:

如已注册学生因故退学,可在报读该半学年的前三周申请办理退费,其他时间恕不受理退费申请。

学生退费将扣除手续费$20及已读前三周学费,注册费一律不退。

退费申请以书面通知为准,可通过信件及电子邮件递交。

所有退费申请需出具缴费凭证,如无疑议,学校会在10个工作日内寄出支票。

三,新增信用卡、银行卡交费

家长可用现金、支票、信用卡、银行卡付费:用支票付款请写“Western Chinese Language School”,用银行卡付款不收取任何费用,用信用卡付款将会有1.5%的信用卡公司费用(不接受America Express卡);

如邮寄支票付费。请参照招生简章内的收费标准,填妥支票(请写: Western Chinese Language School),连同“学生信息表”一起,邮寄至:Western Chinese Language School, PO Box 5042, Pinewood Vic 3149;

学校为缓解家长排长队交费现象的出现,会适当增加安排一些工作人员来协助工作,敬请大家给与 支持和 配合!

2019 Enrollment Notice

 

Dear parents,

The enrollment for 2019 is open from 17th November 2018. Please be aware: a) the school would establish a student database as required by the Department of Education and Training and all the students are required to fill in Student Enrollment Form; b) Due to the raised costs of renting, cleaning and security, the tuition fees would be raised in 2019. However, benefits would be available for advanced payments (please refer to the 2019 Admission Guide; c) Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit card and credit card (conditions apply). Please be advised the following information for your reference:

  1. Time and Venue

Saturdays: The Chinese Office on each campus (9AM –4PM). The enrollment is open from 17th Nov to 8th Dec.

Mon-Fri & School Holidays: 19th Nov to 23rd December 2018

7th Jan 2019 onwards (office is closed 24th Dec 2018 – 6th Jan 2019)

  1. Admission Process:
  • Student Registration

All enrolling students are required to fill in the Student Enrollment Form.

The school provides free textbooks for enrolled students (additional fee will apply if original copies are lost).

  • Discount Policies
    1. Discounts apply for students who paid off full-year tuition fees by December 24th, 2018. (Please refer to 2019 Admission Guide)
    2. The third enrolled child of a family receives a 50% exemption of tuition fee (not including registration fee) if paid off full-year.
    3. All Chinese-origin children adopted by Australian families are exempted from paying tuition fee. Only registration fee needs to be paid.
    4. Children of WCLS teachers receive 20% exemption of tuition fee if paid off full-year and full registration fee exemption.
    5. Early-learning is tuition-free. Only registration fee needs to be paid.
    6. Children of WCLS alumni receive the same discount as those of WCLS teachers (Graduate Certificate required).
  • Refund Policies

If enrolled and paid students need to drop out the semester, refund can be made within the first three weeks of the first term (e.g. refund in Term 1 for Semester 1, in Term 3 for Semester 2). Refund is not applicable at any other time of the school year.

A processing fee of $20 and the tuition fee of first three weeks will be deducted from the refund payment. Registration fee is not refundable at any time.

All refund application must be submitted in written forms either by post or through email.

Refund requires original receipt of payment. If all details are confirmed, the school would send out the cheque of refund payment within 10 business days after the application.

  1. Methods of payment:

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit card and credit card (conditions apply). If you pay by cheque, please include your cheque (payable to: Western Chinese Language School) and the completed Student Enrollment Form in an envelope and post it to: Western Chinese Language School, PO Box 5042, Pinewood Vic 3149.

If you pay by debit card, no surcharge applies. If you pay by credit card (America Express is not acceptable), 1.5% surcharge applies.

More staff would be arranged to receive enrollment and payment on the enrollment days. Your support and understanding would be much appreciated.
